Rafaela Rabel

Degree in Psychology from Universidade Lusófona – Centro Universitário de Lisboa, she is currently a finalist of the Master in Clinical and Health Psychology at the same university. The dissertation focuses on bullying victimization, interpersonal relationships and subjective wellbeing of adolescents.

Rafaela completed the internship at the Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychology Unit of Hospital São Francisco Xavier, where she did the psychological monitoring and assessment of children and adolescents, mainly in the context of developmental disorders.

She participated in the volunteering project Amigo Grande Amigo Pequeno of Associação para a Formação de Pais, which consists of promoting the support of children with learning difficulties related to emotional issues.

Rafaela is a volunteer at Ativo em Casa, where she promotes social involvement and the fight against loneliness, through the promotion of social games in homes for the elderly and social centers. In this context, she also participates in the project “Amigos por Correspondência”, promoting the exchange of letters between elderly adults.

Collaborator in the project WeARTolerance, with the role of helping facilitators and participants during group activities, as well as organizing meals and necessary materials.
